Memberships are for single-household families, or per household.
Guest passes are $10/day, members must accompany guests at all times.
Swimming is permitted only when a lifeguard is on duty.
Alcoholic beverages, dogs, and smoking are not permitted.
Children must be accompanied by a responsible chaperon who will remain in charge at all times.
Safety rules must be observed at all times, and the Beach Club or any of its officers or agents or the owners shall not be responsible for accidents, injury, or illness.

LPBC RELEASE & WAIVER: I accept sole responsibility for myself, any member of my household, or guests including, but not limited to: personal injury, illness, disability, death, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense that may occur to myself or any member of my household arising from or related to my employment and participation of programs at Larkins Pond Beach Club at 2700 Ministerial Road West Kingston, RI. I, on my own behalf, hereby forever release, covenant not to sue, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Larkins Pond Beach Club, Kingston's Camp, and related persons from any claims, and waive any and all rights to assert such claims, including any and all liabilities, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind. I agree that presentation of this Release and Waiver constitutes a complete and affirmative defense to any action asserting any claims and that any such action shall be dismissed upon presentation of this Release and Waiver.
