PRICING FAQ &
FINANCIAL INFORMATION
After consideration of how best to support our employees, sustain our program, and make camp accessible for as many families as possible we began offering a "no questions asked" three tired pricing system in 2022 with great success!
If you are in need of additional financial assistance beyond our tiered pricing system, please reach out directly to tarajane@kingstonscamp.com to discuss options.
When is registration payment due, and what methods are accepted?
Upon registration a one-time per summer $30 registration fee is due, along with a $30/week deposit. The registration fee and the deposits towards your week are non-refundable if a transfer or cancellation is required. The remaining balance can be paid off via a payment plan through our CampDoc Registration system. Payment for camp is required prior to attendance at camp or your child will not be able to attend.
Payee is responsible for all fees incurred for checks returned for insufficient funds or lack of payment. If you would like to pay cash, please contact us to let us know that is your preferred payment method so we do not cancel your enrollment and bring it on the first day of your camper’s attendance. CampDoc is our healthcare and registration software company. It will show up as DOCNETWORK on your bank statement. Check payments can be made out to and sent to: Kingston's Camp PO Box 482 West Kingston, RI 02892. Please do not mail cash!
If you need financial assistance beyond our tiered pricing plan, please reach out prior to your child’s attendance at camp to coordinate this with the Camp Director.
Refund Information
Program Fees are fully refundable until June 1, excluding deposits and the annual registration fee. Programs are offered at a flat weekly rate. Partial refunds for days not attended during your scheduled week are not given. If camp is unable to run for the day due to a safety concern such as extreme weather, refunds will not be given. There are no refunds secondary to pond closures if anticipated activities are unavailable. If the camp weekly session is cancelled, program fees and deposits will be refunded.
WITHDRAWAL FROM PROGRAM: In cases of homesickness, sadness, lack of interest in our program, sickness without a doctor’s note, dismissal from the program by the Director, or voluntary withdrawal no refunds will be issued. Please ensure your child wants to participate in our program and have reviewed our Daily Schedule & Activities, and Camper Readiness information prior to enrolling your camper.
SCHEDULE CHANGES: If there is a need to reschedule a week please contact info@kingstonscamp.com with the details as soon as you are aware. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to get you into a different week and you may be added to a waitlist. The annual registration fee and the deposit for the originally scheduled week are non-refundable.
Explanation of the Tiers
When paying for our camp program you will be able to apply a coupon to each week you registered for. You may add one coupon reflecting reduced price options per week. You can add the coupons to some weeks or all of them based on your financial situation.
Whichever pricing option you choose will remain confidential, will not influence the programming or experience that your child will have at our program.
